Terms of Service

Worldwide shipping is available on all products.

My paintings on paper are sent with tracking via Post Office from my studio in Serpa, Portugal.

Large canvas ship through DHL once a week. Please count 10-20 days for your order to arrive outside of Portugal.

If your order is urgent, please make sure to send me an email at hello@claudiatrongmo.com so I can make arrangements.

As the receiver of one of my paintings, it is your sole responsibility to track and claim the package I sent.

I do not refund, nor am I responsible for lost or stolen packages after being delivered by the courier or items not received due to an incorrect shipping address given in my site.

If there is a problem with your order, or you received the item damaged (the original unopened packaging is damaged), please contact me at hello@claudiatrongmo.com

No refunds are made if packages are returned to me by post offices or courier services due to the items remaining unclaimed by the buyer for a number of days however if your package remains unclaimed in any postal office or courier service in your country/region/area and is sent back to me, I will notify you in order to proceed with a second shipment of your package. In this case, all customers must cover the expenses for the re-shipment of their package.
